I contacted Poshmark yesterday about the UGG boots bc I received the shipping label in my mailbox with paperwork for a missing package. I’m so angry and don’t know what happened to the package! I am filing a claim with USPS. I am so sorry about this. I’ve never had this happen before with USPS. Obviously if the package doesn’t make its way to you please cancel the order until we can figure out where it is at. Thank you and I’m sorry again! 😔

@am2099 Hi! I got a notice that the boots were delivered! Is that true? I filed a lost package report with USPS on Friday. I’m worried the condition they’re in since they were supposedly lost. Please let me know! I really hope they found their way to you! Fingers crossed!

@am2099 Ugh I’m so sorry. 😩 I’m so angry at USPS right now. I have no clue where the package is at! I filed the paperwork for the missing package and have not heard anything yet. I’m hoping it still shows up. If it does, I will resend it to you. I’ve never had this happen before and I’m so upset you don’t have your new boots! Poshmark didn’t charge your cc did they?

I’m confused why it says package delivered. Maybe it’s because it has been over 72 hours and they think you did receive it when in fact it is lost. I emailed Poshmark though and told them the situation. I also attached pictures of what I received in the mail from USPS regarding the missing package. I will keep you updated. 😔

@chrismarie9 I think that’s what it is, I think posh mark thinks it was delivered because of the 72 hour time frame. Because even when I track the package, it says it was delivered back to you. I’ve also emailed posh, to make them aware of the situation. Thank you for doing so also. I hope they make their way to you-because I’d still like them please! They did charge me already, so we will see what poshmark does :/ I hope this all gets sorted out. Keep me posted please!
