@njcase049 Hi Ambassador from Poshmark, I resently was introduced to your website & I placed an order 3days ago on aBetsy Johnson laptop bag but I have yet to receive my purchase. And for some reason it's showing that it was delievered or I'm not sure if I'm looking correctly. May you please help me figure out what's going on with my order. Thank you

@arig520 hi-maybe I can help- after you purchase on Poshmark they allow the seller to ship within 3 days- usually it’s through the US Postal service, your tracking information as well as updates will be under the Order status of the purchased item on your Poshmark page. Under Poshmarks FAQ page you can find helpful information in regards to orders, they ask you wait 7 business days to receive your order (depending on your location, as well as COVID-19 is currently delaying the postal service)
