Hey there! I got your rating awhile back from my VS tee with a 3 star rating but said nothing was wrong with the item. I just wanted to know why the 3 stars bc it dropped my perfect 5 star rating to a 4.9 and I take a lot of pride in my ratings :( Was there something wrong with the item that deserved 3 stars? Or something you think I should improve on?
