dawnjensenstl I feel horrible about the stain on the McQueen dress. I sell through a local consignment store as well and didn’t see the stain. I’m not sure if a customer got something g on it. Please let me know what your cleaning bill cost and I’m more than happy to reimburse you through a check or venm. My deepest apologies.

arizonaskye @dawnjensenstl Hi Dawn, my cleaners are amazing and clean all my designer clothing from Givenchy and Alaia to Chanel so I trust them with anything. This dress is a mess, after dry cleaning it has grown to ridiculous proportions, I can also now see that there are lots of snags on the skirt area as well, along with the large yellowish stain that my cleaners were eventually able to remove. I am very disappointed with this purchase as the dress was listed as in a "like new" condition.

dawnjensenstl @arizonaskye This dress has been worn twice. I’m actually concerned you said the cleaners has stretched the dress out, which is not my responsibility. I wish you would have contacted me before sending to a cleaners with pictures. . I sell designer items everyday and this is the first time someone has had an issue. Can you send me pictures of the dress and where the stain was located. There were no snags and I worry your cleaners may have damaged this item when they stretched it out.

arizonaskye @dawnjensenstl honestly, the dress was almost knee length on me when it arrived and I'm 5ft 9inches tall, I didn't see the point in causing an issue if my cleaners were able to remove the stain. I will gladly send you photos. Where should I email them?

arizonaskye @dawnjensenstl and the snags were there when the dress arrived, I just noticed them more once it was cleaned. If the dress was being tried on at a consignment store and customer wear jewelry when putting garments one, delicate fabrics get damaged. I've owned boutiques and know how careless customers are.

dawnjensenstl @arizonaskye I’ve contacted Poshmark and they suggested you file a complaint with pictures. I’ve sold 100’s of high end items and feel horrible you are not happy. However, I assure you this dress was not down past your knees when I’m 5’4’ and this was my personal item bought in Bal Harbor in Miami. This item was checked out by myself as well as one of my colleagues. If Poshmark will return and accept the complaint please send the item back to me. They will send you a shipping label. Thx
