duchessofmetal @mommyo88 the label on the shoes i sent said red converse i sent those exact shoes to another buyer and they were very happy. I apologize that you dont like the shade of red. Illcontact posh to see what can be done. Im going to the warehouse again in about an hour ill check to see if there are any convrerse labeled bright red or find a red that is brght.

mommyo88 @duchessofmetal hi. My response to Poshmark was order not as described. I also stated / wrote that it was the wring color. I guess I based myself on the picture you posted as that being the red color of converse I was purchasing.

mommyo88 What label ? On the shoe? That states the color. We could not find a color anywhere. That said don't worry . I will keep the shoes. Please contact Poshmark and let them know everything was resolved. Thanks.

duchessofmetal @mommyo88 i am sorry i must have not exolained myself correctly. At the warehouse the shelfs all have each sectioned labeled with the sizes and the colors. I feel bad. I dont want you to be unhappy with the color you received especially after waiting for them to be delivered. I dont know if posh allow for exchanges. But if not i can always ask posh to accept the return. .

nyflred4 I just read your rating. I am not sure what smell you are referring to. There was no smell when I packed and mailed it. I would not have sold or mailed it like that. The package did take longer than expected to get to you. It said it was missent in El Paso. Sorry your experience was not 5☆ as that is my goal.
