chandeliers Hi! ☺️thanks for your purchase- I shipped it out today and wanted to let you know I put it in a giant(clean) trash bag inside of the box in case any weather tried to leak into the box- doubt it but ya never know! So don’t mind the fact that it’s a trash bag 🤣 I hope you love it!!🥰💗👍🏻

chandeliers @arleeibanez ugh the post office said it was gonna be $50 to ship!!! So I’m not sure what to do now... I’ve never shipped something this big so not sure. Have you?? I looked it up on posh but it didn’t make sense to me.

chandeliers @arleeibanez how big was your box?? Mine is about 16” wide and 7” deep. I was thinking a bag wrapped really well... I just emailed posh to see what they say. Did your backpack fold? This won’t fit in any usps boxes...

chandeliers @arleeibanez it was weird- she said it was gonna charge the account $49.60 to cover the shipping cost because the label wasn’t enough. But that’s the exact number of my earnings, so I thought that was really weird like maybe she was confused. I asked if it would charge you me or posh and she didn’t know. So 🤷🏼‍♀️

chandeliers @arleeibanez what?! That’s ridiculous! I just emailed them again and said I did not ship it yet and that they got the notification because the post office scanned the label. In the past I’ve always had great service from them- I’m sure they’ll figure it out Monday.

I am trying my best to work with you and with Poshmark and I am starting to get upset because I spent a lot of money on a bag I still haven’t received... chandeliers @arleeibanez totally! I hear you! I’d be upset too! And I am! You will not lose your money - don’t worry! Once the bag hasn’t arrived you just tell them why and the funds will go back to you. I don’t have them either- they’re in middle posh ground 😆 I honestly don’t know what to do unless you want to do the transaction outside of posh. I’m guessing they’ll get back to me tomorrow.

chandeliers @arleeibanez I dunno if their customer service has changed because I used to get great customer service!!! Maybe since they’ve grown it’s not as good. If you wanna just cancel it that’s fine! Or lemme know if you want me to try to ship outside posh. But I’m not gonna ship with posh unless I know for sure I’m not gonna be charged some crazy amount like they were saying!

arleeibanez @chandeliers hi so I did some research. Have you tried upgrading your shipping label? On Poshmark it says you may have to upgrade your label for items weighing more than 5 lbs

arleeibanez @chandeliers under your MY SALES tab there should be an option “NEED NEW SHIPPIGN LABEL” there you can specify “NEED HEAVIER WEIGHT LABEL”... hopefully that should help!!!! Let me know!!!!

chandeliers @arleeibanez so I can’t select a different shipping label because it says it’s in transit! Ugh!! I emailed them again. This is what I said- Hello, can you please cancel this order and release funds back to the seller? I did not ship the item although the system says I did. I took it to the post office and they scanned it so I think that’s why it shows shipped. I did NOT ship it. I need this order cancelled so I can get a heavier shipping label. Thank you.
