I'm so very sorry for the delay. like I said I dont drive and the holidays made it hard to get my sister to get there. thank you for understanding

lambsandlions @redsoxgrl Poshmark said since you waited more than three days after accepting the order, the funds were already released, even though I told them to refund the money. In order to get your money back, you need to initiate the return in your part, which is really simple and you will get your funds returned, hope this is helpful, sorry again, about the shipping damage.

redsoxgrl @blopez0312 they did. The package had been sitting in my sisters car for weeks. She fessed up that she forgot to mail them so I checked my Poshmark account and yup it was canceled. So I mailed several packages anyway. Please keep the package and accept my apology. I have reamed my sister a new one if you know what I mean. The problem for me is due to my medical issues I can’t drive so I relied on her to go to the post office for me. I won’t make that mistake again anytime soon. Happy poshing

sftrendy Hello There, I am sorry to report to you that your order of your Happy Cow Cookie Jar was damaged during the packaging with a few tiny chips at the top edge, inside the mouth of item. I am a professional seller and handle all kinds of fragile shipping internationally, but this cookie jar is very light weight and I don't think it would be safe in shipping process after got hipped. One again, I am sorry to disappoint you. I thinks is safer this way. Have a nice day.
