shashugirl @heatherfrase589 Hi heather!! The note attached to the jacket was so cute! I lub'd it. So I tried on the jacked but no matter how much I willed it, it was too too small in the wrong places. I'm really sad cause I actually love this jacket. So unfortunately I think I have to return it. You are my first purchase on Posbmark and I really have no idea how this works. Are refunds allowed?? Anywho if it is, please let me know and i'll gladly package it up real pretty and send it back to you. Thx

rebellionvtgco @shashugirl Hi Arlene:) I'm disappointed for you that your first purchase hasn't lived up to your expectations because of fit, I've never had this happen. To my knowledge on the FAQ for Poshmark they don't honour returns based on size/fit. Do you think you could repost it and sell it perhaps? If not maybe contact CSupport and see what they say. I'm so sorry:(. I'd consider having you send it back but my only concern is the reliability of Canada Post recently. I'd for a $250 jacket to be lost😕

shashugirl @heatherfrase589 Thank u for ur empathy. I'm disappointed too. I did check the policy and a refund isn't possible. If u lived in the GTA I could drop it off for u, contactless of course. But if not then I'll try to figure out what to do with it. Thanks for ur help

rebellionvtgco @shashugirl I did send a message to CS last night to see if there was anything that could be done. I dont know if it'll change anything but its worth asking. Maybe just hold tight until I hear back from them🙂
