I didn’t see anything about it on my Poshmark profile other than the initial notification that I had won the bid. We’re you able to process my card? They are both in transit, and the tracking number is available for both of them. They were super overweight since you added an extra backpack to an already overweight bundle, but I want to make sure you are happy, so I paid all the fees for extra weight in both boxes. I hope you love all your items when you receive them. ❤️

I live your shows and have nought 6 items. however the very first time I used my back pack 2 tone style purse the strap broke. it separated from where you connect at bottom of purse. needless to say I am not happy

For next time, we asked you to please give us the opportunity to fix it for you first before getting Poshmark Support involved. @bellamia66 Poshmark doesn't have the system in place to do partial returns or exchanges, and you would have to send the entire order back to us in the return. We like to take care of our repeat customers differently. But please don't be sorry, we apologize we missed that flaw.( 2 of 2)
