sequinstiletto If you receive an item and it is not as it was described in the actual listing, you are entitled to request a return, through Posh. If however it was as described but just doesn't fit or you don't like it, you can approach the seller but they are not obligated to refund. When I bought a pair of jeans, they came as described but just didn't fit right, so I reposted them as a new listing from my closet...that was the fair course of action since they were as described. 😊
