Hi there! Wasnt sure how else to get in touch with you besides leaving you a comment... You recently purchased a pair of Big Star 'Casey' Jeans from me. Just an fyi, I haven't been able to print out a shipping label yet for your order :( I've contacted customer support and was informed they're currently experiencing a system-wide issue with shipping labels.
