Hello...Why did you delete my order for the Marmot coat that is missing. You sent me a message and I cannot see it because the order is gone. May I please have an explanation? I put in a request with the USPS for the coat and I see there is an alert for the package. Please let me know what is going on and why you deleted the order from the site and "my purchases." Thank you!

@cahaley21 I didn’t do anything regarding the order and certainly didn’t delete it…. I sent you a message to let you know I checked the tracking and found out the package is missing…

Hello, I see the message that you sent but it keeps reading "page not found" and when I go to my puchases, the coat is not there. I don't know what's happening. I understand the coat is lost somewhere but I was surprised not to see the coat on my purchases page. Thank you for responding.
