afrafjord @ana1231 no problem at all! Sorry I haven't logged on here so I missed your message. I contacted customer support because the inner button wasn't snapping in. It's going to be my purse and diaper bag so I really needed that to work. Sorry for any inconvenience. Everything else looked beautiful on the bag
