@vchacon2012 hey there. I retired it and Poshmark refunded me because it was not as described. Leather and color totally rubbed off pretty much all over the bag. Can't imagine how it would even be fixed. Sorry!

Hi there,
I did keep it. I took it to a cobbler to make sure it could be fixed. It wasn't an expensive fix either, so it was worth it to have the bag restored. The bag looks really fantastic considering what it looked like before. I'm out of town but I think I have a pic of it. If I do, I'll post it and tag you.

From what I understand someone puts together a bundle of your items and then you are notified of the sale just as you are when an individual item is purchased. I love the shoes but am not 100% sure about purchasing at this time. Thank you!

You still have not shipped the Pottery Barn halloween costume for my 4 month old. It was purchased exactly a week ago and you have waited til the last possible day to ship (if you really intend to do so). I will be canceling the order as soon as Posh lets me...saving you a trip to the post office. Hopefully someone else can purchase this and you can pretend to ship it, then lie and say it shipped. Thanks for wasting my time!

(1) Hi @ashmax207, I am writing about your recent purchase of a J Crew merino wool turtleneck. I was wrapping the sweater to ship this morning, when I noticed a small snag in the wool. I can attest that the snag was NOT there when I photographed and listed the item-- it must've been snagged in storage, waiting to be sold.

(2) I have posted a listing in my closet of the turtleneck with the imperfection for you to assess (titled "J. Crew orchid merino wool turtleneck, M). I don't want to send you an item that isn't described with 100% truthfulness, unintentionally or not. I have also reached out to Poshmark for advice on how to proceed, but haven't heard back, so I thought I'd let you know the situation. From what I can tell, our options include:

(3) A) canceling the order at your behest; B) discussing a substantial informal discount, which I can ship with your sweater, or; C) including/substituting another item from my closet with the sweater, with an agreement that the additional item would compensate for the imperfection.
