brighten_dash Good morning Ashlee sorry for the inconvenience mistakenly the ring you ordered is a size 9 not a 10. But I would like to send you that ring plus anther ring that is a size10. I understand if you need to cancel the order. Again sorry about that.

carrie52280 Hi there! I shipped your 1 ring today, but not the ombré one. When I was getting ready to pack it I noticed some scratching on the backside. Ring was worn a couple times (not marked as new). I didn’t feel comfortable shipping it to you like that without discussing first. Please let me know how you would like to proceed, I apologize for the inconvenience, but would rather cancel now if you would prefer as opposed to you receiving it and being disappointed.

carrie52280 @anels0225 it is on the bottom part of the ring, the palm side, but it looks like it is starting tarnish where it is scratched as well
