acronugget @ashleighkaiser it was sent via USPS, I'm pretty sure that's the service the app always uses. When you buy something, I get sent an email with a prepaid shipping label that has your address on it. You should've gotten a notice in your news cycle when it was first confirmed that I sent it, giving you a tracking number & everything.

acronugget @ashleighkaiser I've been tracking its journey to you under "my sales" so I'm assuming you'd have the same info under "my purchases". It said it was delivered on the 31st, which was always the expected arrival date that I was seeing.

jenduczak I’m so sorry. I went to ship the jeans and they have a huge rip area in the crotch region. They must have gotten snagged on something months back. They were brand new but I never saw this and that’s probably why my daughter wasn’t wearing them :(
