zinfelmax210 Hi Ashley I received your makeup bundle today and I just don’t know how to rate this because one of the eyeshadow palettes broke up probably in transit th actual container is cracked and all the eyeshadows are smashed up there’s eyeshadow on everything in my he package it is just a huge mess so I don’t know how to deal with this what do you think I should do? ashleighludlam @zinfelmax210 oh no! I am so sorry that the package was damaged in transit, I double wrapped it in the bubble mailer and had it labeled fragile to try to make sure that would not be an issue.

I can initiate a return and send it all back to you if you want I don’t really want to keep it because you know like if you have something in your make up bag that breaks and it gets everywhere well that’s what this stuff is like and I don’t want to put it in my make up bag with my other stuff
