wesgrey Hey ashleigh! I just wanted to reach out and let you know that I shipped the dress out on day 6! (A little longer than it usually takes me but it just took 9 to get to ya) I also didn’t realize the absence of a secondary wrapping would have been an issue, or else I would have gladly wrapped it within the mailer! I’m just sorry it wasn’t the best experience for you. Anyway, I truly hope you love the dress!

mrsashleighl @wesgrey you are absolutely correct on the timeline and I will adjust your rating I was a little bummed out that it still hadn’t shipped even after PM sent a notification and I was even more bummed to see that the item was just placed in a mailer. The thing that I love about p.m. was that they have a community standard especially with packaging. You never know how your package will be handled in transit so it is best to air on the cautious side
