cremerosethrift @shyness2536 I'm working with Kelly through Posh. Let me get an answer for you and get this resolved. Posh usually takes about 24 hours, so it may not be until tomorrow. I'm so sorry about all of this and disappointed as well.

cremerosethrift @shyness2536 I know, I'm so very sorry. I think this may be your first posh purchase too. I'm so sorry that it has been a bad experience. This is my first time experiencing anything like this with USPS (sending or receiving). Posh is escalating this to USPS, but Alex did say it might take 2 weeks. I'll keep you updated as I receive them.
