I’m not sure why that skirt would smell of smoke. No one is my house smokes as my husband has early on-Set COPD and asthma. But, mail carriers are allowed to smoke in their trucks so perhaps your mail carrier is a smoker. I know mine is not because I asked. Sorry it’s smells but I 100% know it was clean and did not smell before it was shipped.
