ashleighvaillan @morethansize4 Thank you for responding. It truly is warm and I’d like to wear it but the zipper replacement will cost at least $40. I would appreciate a refund so I can do this, and donate it to a friend whose come from India and has no winter clothes.

morethansize4 @ashleighvaillan I feel more comfortable going through the proper process with Poshmark to get you a refund. It looks quite easy and they are very responsive. I would like you to keep the coat, but get a refund.
