Hi Ashley, I purchased your metallic red Balenciaga Bag on 10/24/21. I was wondering when you thought you might be able to ship it? I noticed you were last active on here on 10/18/21 but didn’t know if you were still getting the notifications. Today is 11/1/21 and it says sellers usually ship within 3-5days. Please let me know. Hi Ashley, I just cancelled my order with you. I had ordered the Red Balenciaga bag on 10/24/21. I waited until 11/1/21 before inquiring about shipping. I never got any response from you. I waited a respectable amount of time before following up again on 11/3 & again on 11/9/21. I even saw that you were active on here on 11/6/21 well after I had placed my order and commented asking for a shipping update. I have been both patient & polite.

tried to give you the benefit of the doubt but frankly I just feel like you have blatantly ignored me. It came as quite a disappointment as you have got such glowing reviews from past sales and your average ship time was 2 days. I absolutely loved that bag and was so excited to get it but it’s not worth the frustration of wondering if you were ever actually going to ship it or just continue stringing me along and ignoring me.
