tyashlan1 Ashley, hi!!! I’m sincerely very sorry about the eyeshadow palette that broke during transit...I thought I had packaged them pretty secure but I guess not enough! Maybe it’s time to invest in some bubble wrap! 🤷🏻‍♀️😕 I should’ve wrapped in in bubble wrap to begin with seeing that some of the USPS employees throw boxes instead of just placing the down!
