Ashley! I am so sorry that the zipper fell off of that dress! I checked it before I put it in the box and it was brand new from a boutique and never worn. I wish you would have let me know and I would have gladly accepted it back. I am SO sorry! If you see anything else in my closet that you would want, let me know and I will send it to you complimentary. I promise to you that I was not at all trying to be deceitful to you! Let me know what I can do to fix this!
