wewillfrockyou Hi Ashley, I sent your jeans within 24 hours and I see that they’re stuck at the post office in Dallas. The mail has been completely bizarre this week. I’m so sorry. I’ll keep watching it on my end I just wanted you to know if you hadn’t already tracked it.

wewillfrockyou I’m on hold with USPS- can’t find anywhere to do a complaint online and their hold time is FORTY FIVE minutes! I’m at work but I’ll hold on as long as I can and circle back if I reach anybody

wewillfrockyou Omigosh- that was a 1.5 hour Process for them to tell Me what I already knew- ugh. That it’s at the main processing facility- not your local office, in Dallas :/ I filed a case, they have three business days to call me back. Of course I will keep you posted the minute I hear anything. I’m so sorry.
