tandyk Hi. You mentioned on your review of your purchase "improve packaging". Would you mind elaborating on that further? I mailed your purchase in a poly bag, but I don't recall if I placed your items in a plastic bag, then inside the poly bag. I have used poly bags for a great deal of kids and adult clothing shipping, but I have not had one individual contact me with issues. However, if you could provide further details, that would be great. TIA

ashbrad1695 No it wasn't truly a packaging issue that you could have caused I don't believe. The package was ripped some what when I received it but it must have been due to the post man

tandyk @ashbrad1695 Thanks for clarifying. I use new poly bags, but im sure there are times those bags would get snagged on something. How badly was the bag ripped?
