vicky_ymcagirl First of all, this has happened to all of us! I was given a low rating in the 'other' category...what does that mean?? 🙄 but you can tag the person in the item you sold and ask them what you could have done to make their experience better, sometimes they change the rating. Some people can't be pleased so I'd block her.

vicky_ymcagirl Look at my closet, tap on about and scroll down and you'll see how the notes that people have left when they do their ratings. Also shows the ones I've given. Anytime you want to all about a problem, just leave off the @ and give me the closet name. Leaving off the @ keeps that person from seeing our conversation.
