colleende Hi Ashley! I just received an email from Posh that there is a problem with Kendra Scott bracelet. Did the package arrive safely? I put the KS box inside a large box with padding for safety in shipping. Please let me know. Thanks!!

change123456 Hi! The right stone on the bracelet is loose. I just received it in the mail and you packed it extremely well. So I don't know if it was already loose but it's only the right stone, the left one is fine.

colleende I'm so sorry to hear that as it wasn't loose when I shipped it. I read online that you can take it to any store that sells KS and they will tighten the stone. Apparently, people purchase different stones (to personalize their jewelry) and the store's will put those stones in for them as well. So, they are familiar with working with the settings. Will that work for you?

anny1983 Hi again! I wanted to thank you for submitting your offer, I am happy I was able to accept it. I also wanted to touch base in regards shipping, I haven't dropped them yet, but will do tomorrow. Since transaction happened right around Christmas day, PO around was closed and so is today.
