seamistress Hi Ashley. I still have not received my mumu bundle. I just got back home, but it said it was delivered before I left. I was hoping it would be here, but I just checked and it is not. I’ve never had this happen before, thought maybe it came back to you. If not, how or what do we do to contact PM? 😞

achavarrie Oh no! It shows as being delivered on my end as well. Go into the actual purchase of the bundle... on the bottom right there is a tab for problem/inquires. There you can notify Posh and they typically refund your money.

achavarrie @seamistress i replied to your post earlier today. See above. Poshmark is responsible for the mailing labels that are used and they back it 100%. USPS clearly shows the package as being delivered on Wednesday when you needed it prior to vacation. It is unfortunate that you did not receive, but Poshmark backs the sales and will give you a full refund.

seamistress @achavarrie That’s good to know. Yes, I was excited it showed delivered but was not there. I hoped it may be there when I got back but no such luck. It’s possible my mailman put in a different box, and the people aren’t there, as I live in a snow bird community. Totally not your fault, I know. I’m sad because I really liked the clothes as well. I’ll try again to contact posh and let you know. If you hear anything let me know. 😊
