Ashley, looks like the shipment you are getting or will be getting will not be the yellow spyder sweater, but something else from another buyer. Can you please tell me when you have the shipment? My husband switched the labels. I am horrified. I am so sorry. I am waiting for Poshmark support to let me know how to sort this out.

@ageorge0122 looks like the item has been delivered 'at the front desk'. Also, it looks like you will have to open a case and report you did not receive the item you purchased. When they approve your case, you will be asked to return the item for a refund. I'm so sorry again. I'm sorry for the inconvenience and embarrassed about the mix up.

@ageorge0122 I believe you have to open a case and advise Poshmark that while the item shows delivered you don't have it. They will provide until instructions of what to do.

@ageorge0122 oh wow! That is great news! Correct! The shipments were mixed up, so Poshmark should have been or will be in touch with you so you can return the watch to me. Once that is done we can try the transaction again, but of course it is totally up to you. I am so relieved, but still horribly embarrassed for the complete mess this has been!
