jsquires1878 Hi! The tracking information says that it was dropped off at your door or mailbox on October 12th, 4:12 pm. I don't understand how you couldn't have received it unless someone took it from your doorstep or the address was wrong. I'd really appreciate if you didn't give me a poor rating due to this because I don't have any control over the situation, I'm sure you can contact postmark support or usps with the tracking number to resolve this situation
