catsgarden @ashbash031 Hi Ashley, Just wanted you to know I have 3 each dinner and salad plates in the princess pattern. I also listed a cup & saucer, but have 9 sets as well. If you are interested in more than one of any of them, I can change my listing to accommodate the number you are interested in. I also have 1 grill plate, a 10.25" oval vegetable dish, and a 12" oval platter I have yet to list. That is what I have left, so let me know if you have special interests.

ashbash031 @cheri_webert Hi Cheri! The box was damaged slightly when I received it and one of the plates is completely shattered. I’m hoping you can put in a claim with USPS. You seemed to pack everything well. I wanted to let you know that I will notify Posh Mark about it. Such a bummer!

catsgarden @ashbash031 Hi Ashley, that is very disappointing; I was sure I packed it well, even putting it in an extra large box. However, I do believe you have to put in a claim with USPS, as you have the evidence of how it looks, the damage, etc. I will check the USPS site as well to see if I can find out more. It is insured, so you should get reimbursed. Was it the large or small plate?

catsgarden @ashbash031 I just read that you must retain all packaging and the damaged item until it is resolved. The package has the label as well that gives info you will need. You will have to request a form, or go on-line to complete the claim.

catsgarden @ashbash031 Hi Ashley, I hope you are pursuing the postal insurance, but I wanted to let you know that if you order anything else from my closet, I will send you another plate free of charge to replace the one that broke. I just need to know which size broke, so I can hold onto one for you. Again, so sorry, but please try to get reimbursed anyway. The postal service needs to be held responsible for the damage.
