ashleyamixon @bgathlete hi there:). I’m sorry, I’m not really sure. They use the tracking number on the postage printout to credit you for sending it. Try going into your profile icon and emailing the support team. They may be able to help you. But as far as us confirming that we received the items, we will be happy to do that as soon as they arrive.
