jillmer @ashweyanne hi, thanks for your offer of the tulle skirt. A couple of things, just to confirm that the lining has a pinked zig zag edge. I am a dressmaker, and I made this skirt but never hemmed it. It can be worn this way, or hemmed easily. The Tulle can just be cut to length, or left as is. If you have “liked” it on my listing, and I mark it down $2, you should be offered a reduced shipping rate, which would be the same as me countering you, but less. So, let me know, I’ll mark it down.
