laurannla Hi. You purchased the boots. When I went to print the shipping label apparently I have 2 accounts and 1 needs to be closed before I can print a shipping label and deliver to you. I had to close it out but, it takes 10 days thus I won’t be able to ship for a week now. Sorry for the issues. You have the right to cancel. If you’re ok with waiting then I’ll ship out in 7 days.
