mmdonposh Hi, You bought cleats from me recently. I'm almost sure that 2 items were sent to you accidentally. One eventually arrived at the right place, the other looks like it's coming back to me. I don't know what happened except issues when printing yours resulted in extra copies printing later and, ugh, I did not compare the next 2 labels before shipping. I am SO sorry for any inconvenience! It's fixed and won't ever happen again. Thank you for whatever you did to help straighten it out!

mmdonposh Or maybe you never were aware and Poshmark handled all the rerouting without ever contacting either of us (since I watched for scanning and tracking daily and reported the orders “shipped but I scanned” early on). Either way, I was confused and concerned and felt I should reach out and apologize. :-)

aecox2010 @mmdonposh sorry I just saw this! I had reached out to Poshmark because I received those items I didn’t order but didn’t know where they came from. They said you’d accidentally sent me extra stuff, so the first order they gave me the label to send the item on to the orderer, the second they gave me a label to send the item back to you. I’m glad we got everything sorted out 😊 sorry, I thought Poshmark had contacted you once they replied to me to keep you informed!
