torresdgt @ayoiiitsashley The handle on the purple bag on the underside was soiled, like it had been used. I was able to clean it and removed the stains. Overall you are correct I did get a great deal and your packaging and shipment were perfect. I adjusted your rating to reflect the overall experience was positive considering the oversight. Pleasure doing business with you and I look forward to shopping in your closet again.

ayoiiitsashley @torresdgt I am truly so sorry! The Vera Bradley bags in my closet are actually my grandmothers and she said It has been sitting at the top of her closet and not used in quite some time. Please let me know if there is anything else in my closet I can give a discount on. I will be posting more of my grandmothers Vera Bradley bags in the future.
