4sunshinegirl If the item was only worth 2 stars, why accept it? I packaged it the same way all of my packages are shipped and received. No one has complained before. It was a new Carly without tags, so if anything it smelled new.

adruhl @4sunshinegirl i could barely open the package without almost damaging the item. Also, it smelled like a smoke/ mildew. I had to wash it 3 times.
