pinkash3333 @dawnisringing Hi! Did you get a chance to reach out to Poshmark? They won’t move forward until they do... 😩They just refunded the other buyer without having to return the pencils . There seems to be a consistent 24 hr turn around with responses with PM support that’s why this is dragginggggg... 😬😳😬 I asked if they would just send you both labels to send to each other (I will of course pay) waiting to hear back. A refund is great but you both have colors you don’t want.

pinkash3333 Hi! I haven’t heard back yet but it sounds like PM resolution is the refund? Kind of frustrating... Msadrie1 is the other buyer.. I have reached out to her as well.. the easiest solution I can think of is buying them from each other with a reserve listing. You both have been super sweet through this whole mess! I really appreciate it!!

We would just lose out on the shipping but I’m ok with that because we got refunded for the item already! Let me know and I will make the post for $1 and we can go from there.
