modagabriela Sorry about the shoes. I packed them myself and seemed fine. I never wore this shoes after one time for a few hours. I had them in my closet. I didn’t sell you an item purposely wrong. I’ll be happy to return them or exchange. I wish you would sent me at note before the bad rating. I take care of my clothes perfectly. Anyways sorry for the inconvenience and let me know how can we fix this. 😊

I'm sure you didn't realize that they were broken, it's just unfortunate when things like this happen because the only way I know how to fix it is open a case with Poshmark. Ect, which usually takes a few days. How can we go about fixing this?

modagabriela I don’t know. I think Poshmark has to return it and they will give u a return label . Let me know if you hear from them. I will try to write them too. I am at work now but I will try later.

modagabriela Thank you for changing rating. I truly appreciate it. I will wait and let me know if you get the return label. I can also give u a good deal with anything in my closet. If u currently don’t like anything in there I post new items all the time. I dress people for shoes etc. So sometimes I have a mis if brand new things. Will be in touch 😉
