raaayvend Hey, Ashley! I saw that you received your Morphe palette broken and I am very sorry about that! As you probably saw, I bubble wrapped it very well and the package itself was bubble-wrapped (so I took great care in packaging it for you to ensure that they wouldn't break) however, how USPS handled the package is beyond my scope of knowledge- so, I just wanted to reach out and apologize on behalf of USPS and that I'm sorry it came to you broken!!!!

unityblend Hi Ashley, I wanted to give u an update on your package which is still not showing a tracking # and I shipped it 3 days ago. PM told me that I should check with my post office to see if they can locate it. I will give you an update as soon as I can find out more info. PM won't charge you for the purchase if it im the package is lost but I'm really hoping that's not the case. It is also possible it us being re-routed.

unityblend Hi Ashley, your package was finally routed back to me yesterday. PM should be emailing me a new shipping label and as an added pre-caution, I will be shipping your moto leggings in a polymailer. PM updated its partnership with USPS to allow flat rate boxes but my post office still re-routed back to me as improper packaging for the type of label. It is not and I showed them PM letter stating as such but they are not recognizing it.
