stephanekaye I know exactly what you're saying. I love being a mom to my one and only child, my daughter. I wanted a little girl so badly. No terrible "2's", no terrible "teens", she been an absolute delight for 32 years now. She's happily married and a Doctor. I'm very blessed. You are too. It only gets better. 🌷💕👶🏻💕🌷

I was very lucky to have her, blessed to have parents who support my decisions, and finally happy in my own skin after her. I hope my daughter finds the kinds of happiness your daughter has. stephanekaye We are the very blessed and fortunate mothers. There are too many mother daughter fractured relationships. Growing up my mother was always my Mother 1st but also my most trusted advisor, my best confident, my rock, my constant, and always my aspiration to be as good in every way as she is. I loved doing & being together. She became my best adult female friend. Mother is 84 and I'm 64. Cont.

stephanekaye My mother taught me how to be the best mother I could be, I just mimicking her. If I have been and continue to be even close to my own Mother daughter relationship with my daughter in my mother role I'm grateful. My daughter and I do have the same close wonderful kind of friendship as I have with my mother. She adores her grandmother and tells me all the time "you're just like Nana". I couldn't receive a finer compliment. Yes we're very very blessed. I give the glory to God. 🌷💕😘💕🌷

mereangel98 @stephanekaye when I was 39 and realized that my chances of becoming a mother were slipping away , my mother gave up her dreams of traveling so I could be a mommy. While I understand she always wanted to be a grandmother, everyday I am humbled by how our family works. I'm 40, I live with my parents, and I have a 15 month old daughter. I'm so blessed, God led me exactly to where I needed to be even after I struggled with my faith.

stephanekaye @mereangel98 Oh Sweetie I bet your mother does not feel she made has made a sacrifice at all by giving up her travel dreams. The joy your beautiful little girl, her granddaughter and having you - her own daughter with her trumps those traveling dreams for her any old day I'm quite sure. I would love to be a grandmother. Ashley, my little girl all grown up, is 32 the same age I was when I had her. I now have 5 large rescue grand dogs. They're precious fur babies but ............ Cont.

stephanekaye Not Grandchildren. I pray I'm blessed with grandchildren but........she & her husband are loving their careers & not ready to start a family yet even after 6 years of marriage. They grew up one subdivision apart, started dating when she was a freshman & Robert a sophomore in high school. Neither ever dated anyone else. I'm blessed to have my son in law. I live with my them in my grand dogs moms quarters they prepared for me in their large home being widowed. Cont.

mereangel98 @stephanekaye she still has plenty of time....Janet Jackson just set the bar at 50!!!!!!! I would love to have another child, being a school teacher I can't afford it on my own again. If I was able to meet the right guy in the next few years I would do it again in a second. As long as you raise a happy, healthy, and productive daughter you did well. I still hope you get the chance to be a grandmother! 😘

stephanekaye You are so blessed to have a mother and family that will rearrange their lives to accommodate you. I'm sure you and their precious granddaughter are their greatest joy and blessing. Sweetie we all teeter with our Christian walk. Just keep trusting and your keep your Faith in God and allowing yourself to know his grace, love, and mercy. He is a forgiving God. mereangel98 @jchamaty1 thank you so much for the tip!!! Might work on that a bit later, I’m going out of town for several days and then work days start on the 10th. Last year, anything that didn’t sell by start of school I just donated. Not sure if I’m just going to pack it up until next break or donate. I generally can’t keep up with it as much during the school year.

mereangel98 @amielou79 thank you so much, my mini me and my school kiddos are my world. I have ADD and have some reading comprehension issues. I just want to help kids understand they learn differently, so they don’t feel like I did as a child, I will admit I have a special place in my 💜 for my kiddos with ASD. Since I’m at the elementary level, I often get to see their “hidden genius” emerge. That is often the most rewarding part of my job. Thanks for checking out my closet and your kind words. 😘
