thebeautyvault @ashleykh23 I mark my boxes so the post knows they are fragile. Unfortunately if the box is banged around I do not have any control of that aspect. But I do pack the items very diligently so the items all stay safe

ashleykh23 @thebeautyvault it was just the box it's self, you're right though, it probably just got dinged around, everything inside was totally fine, one of the eyeshadow pans pop out put it wasn't busted or broken so I didn't mind too much🙂

thebeautyvault @ashleykh23 I hate when they throw the boxes around. Especially when I write how fragile it is all over the entire perimeter.
