sbd43 Hi. I am very sorry about the condition of the clutch. I did not notice this issue and would have described it if I knew it was there. I will contact Poshmark to see if I can give you a refund for the bag. I haven't had this issue before so I don't know how it works. If I can issue you a refund please keep the bag regardless. I'm am very sorry for my mistake.

sbd43 @agreenie8 I heard from Poshmark. They said that they cannot do anything once funds are released but for you to contact them if you'd like. If you want you could list it for sale and I'll buy it back. Just tag me. I'll be away but I'll still get the tag. Again I'm really sorry for the problem. It is not the way I do things.
