sallyketron Hi, could you please contact me about my purchase of the ariat Carmelita boots? I just received them last week and wore them this weekend and I noticed one of the zippers was missing a tassel, but I wasn’t concerned so I wore them anyway. Apparently there was something wrong with the zipper though, because when I tried to take the boots off, the zipper was totally stuck and I had to cut the boot to get it off 🫣 I tried everything to get it to unzip but unfortunately I could not.
