24lyns Hi. You purchased the RMS Lip 2 Cheek from me. It is inside the pink and white plastic bag which is inside the clear cellophane wrap. Inside that cellophane wrap I also included a free Bath & Body works lotion and 3 hair clips but you opened a case stating the purchased item was not there. Please check again because it is visible. Thank you.
