poupee1952 Ashley, I am too frustrated with Poshmark. They have not answered my emails and I do not want to waste time over this deal. Please ask them for a shipping label and send my dress back. Once they have been tracked as being shipped, they will refund you your money as the status shows as case approved for you in your initial request for contesting the brand. I am not going to chase after them for the payment. This will end all this to and fro emails. This evidently is too complicated for them .

poupee1952 @sutrafrequency Well I know it’s frustrating. But if you send back the dress they will reimburse you in full. Then if you still want to buy the dress again, I will give it to you at the discounted price. I think it will be faster than waiting for Poshmark to make a move. I have lost faith in them. I am thinking of moving my entire collection to another website . It will be a lot of work for me but in the end it’s for the better.
