mamatimeposh Hi the Express pants that you purchased had a mistake in the description they are not size 31- the waist 32" and all measurements are correct but size tag is wrong. Please if you bought it based on size only and not measurements please cancel

mamatimeposh @apowell3 the tag says 4l. I think person that does measuring for me didn't see it. They are not stretched out. Best would be if you measured jeans that fit you right now and compare the measurements. I'm so sorry for that
