danielle_mo85 @merissamay27 omg I’m sorry about that. We had no problem with it but it is an otter box as their cases are hard to open sometimes.. did you get it opened?

merissamay27 @danielle_mo85 it’s alright. I finally got it apart but the inside piece was sticky and stuck together somehow, it was weird. But all is good now, sorry about only giving you one star.... I was just having a bad day and I was super frustrated.

danielle_mo85 @kevvykevv yes! The tracking number they give you lets them know if you’ve actually ship the shoes or not because once the post office scans the product it sends them a message to where they can send you info saying your item has started tracking.

danielle_mo85 @kevvykevv it takes a day or so after you get the shoes. They hold the money until you get whatever you bought then after you get it and accept it a day or so you’ll get the money but they not gone give you money before the person get what they’ve ordered
