rethaalexander I just saw where you commented that Posh wouldn’t let you sell the Bath & Body works lotion. There are literally hundreds of B&B works items for sale on here ain’t with cosmetics and other things. Did they say why they wouldn’t let you sell it?

ashley96969 @rethaalexander I KNOW!!!!! So what happened was I sold a BBW product to another posh shopper, brand new, unused, and she claimed it was half empty. It was an aerosol bronzer and I explained that it was lightweight, but never used, and to check the nozzle to see that no product was accumulated in it. She responded back and said she was sorry, I was right and closed the case BUT Poshmark flagged me with a warning and told me I couldn’t sell any type of lotion, shower product or Perfume

ashley96969 . They told me to delete any of these products from my closet or I would be In violation of their policy and they may deactivate my account. I honestly never got around to it, and forgot.

ashley96969 When you wanted to buy, I went in and tried to update the listing to $10 instead of $20 bc you only wanted the two it wouldn’t let me update and said I was in violation of the policy. Lol long story but yeah I guess they can’t catch everybody doing it but bc that girl submitted a claim they came down on me. 😐

rethaalexander @ashley96969 That’s horrible!! I have been lucky as I haven’t had any real bad issues yet. I did sell a couple dresses to someone last week and she gave me two stars. She took off for cleanliness and “other.” I asked her about the cleanliness, because my dresses are new with tags on them, and she said “there was dog hair on the bottom of them.” While I know that can be unattractive when you see it, it doesn’t make it dirty.

rethaalexander @ashley96969 I’m usually really good about making sure my dogs hair either doesn’t get on them or I get them off. I was in a hurry because she purchased them on Friday morning and I knew if I didn’t get them to the PO it would be Monday before I could get them out, so some must have gotten on there as I was preparing to ship. Ugh. Yes I have a dog and like all dogs she sheds. When I had my shop, my dog went to work with me every day.

rethaalexander @ashley96969 she commented about dog allergies and I told her dog hair itself does not trigger allergies, dander does, and if you have an inside animal there will be dander everywhere as it is in the air. The “other” was she had to pay extra for shipping when they got there. I got one label to send both dresses and I figured it would accommodate since there were two and apparently it didn’t. I had no idea until she told me and by then it was too late.
